Live Learn Share

Study is not a huge part of our life and being student is merely our temporary role. Actually that time in our precious moment to develop into better person. One cannot know and experience everything with limited ages.

However, we can gain unlimited knowledge and lesson once we start to share and exchange. By sharing we know more. We have fostered good friendship and become a better individual. Through sharing, we apply our knowledge and subsequently we gain more.

Being student, we still are learning and painting our lives with endless color and school should be safest platform for us to practice our behavior here sharing makes more sense to complement each other. Nothing can be accomplished without a cohesive team work. One cannot be successful without any assistance provided by others frankly have you shared your fortune wealth and knowledge with your friends. If not try your best whenever you are still able to do so. A real success is more than just a straight. A result of thousands and one certificate but whether one really enjoys the process towards success and sharing will be a must for the particular joyful process. So keep learning and sharing.

SOLACE : A Genrous Demand


WHAT IS SOLACE??? The meaning in oxford dictionary solace is defined as a source of comfort and consolation in some sorrow misfortune or at the point of utter depression or distress.

Cold comfort Offering limited sympathy or encouragement. For say people who lost their jobs during the recession would likely take cold comfort from economic reports that an upturn was likely to occur in the future, those upturns are called solace. Shakespeare used the phrase in King John: “I do not ask you much, I beg cold comfort (solace); and you are so strait and so in grateful, you deny me that.” 

I can recall one of the writings from THE ISLAND, “There it must be, I think, in the vast and eternal laws of matter, and not in the daily cares and sins and troubles of men, that whatever is more than animal within us must find its solace and its hope”

There are many a times where we see that we are defeated by our self, there we require or demand a place for Solace. It is a ray of light which transform the feeling of one inside and give a sense of happiness to a being. We all had been faced a feeling of solace in our life’s yet. Almost Heaven Retreats are for seeking spiritual direction in the solace of silence. 

Interpretation and criticism often wear the same hat, but unlike interpretation, which is relatively benign, criticisms and rejections can be devastating. Since I am a writer myself, subject to rejection and the barbs of critics as are many of you, some important book I read presents critical, if not downright nasty, quotes from reviews rejections of now classic works. It is solace for the spirit.

What I love is, it is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions, who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat with this we don’t require solace too.

Giving rest to my words, I present one abstract of the poem “where grows Not even one lonely rose - My soul at least a solace hath In dreams of thee, and therein knows An Eden of bland repose.”

If YOU HAVEN'T TASTED SADNESS,YOU CANNOT ENJOY HAPPINESS.

It’s all about our General malaise, which lead us think differently and in that path we achieve failures and sadness but there is always a surety to be successful, we don’t lose the hand of happiness.

DALAI LAMA so nicely quoted the fact, Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions.

Happiness and Sadness are the shore of the river, just the difference between them is both are on the either side. From getting away from the sadness you just need to cross the river. It’s upon you; whether you increase the level of the river by your tears or by enthusiasm decrease the level of the river. It hardly matters that, the land across the side of the shore is less or more.

The art of happiness lies in the power of extraction from common things. Happiness in life can come from many things. It’s not about forcing happiness it’s all about not letting the sadness win.
The Best success story also starts with a failure. So, never let the sadness of your past and the fear of your future, ruin the happiness of you present.

From how meaningful you find your work to be. From a hobby you can get lost in for hours. Or from just being with the natural world around you and appreciating the warming spring rays of sun. A big part of the happiness also comes from the relationships in our lives. And from how we cultivate them and let them grow.

Behind every success story is an embarrassing first effort, a stumble, a setback or a radical change of direction. Most people don’t stick to it.

Success is something most of us want. But we want happiness, too. I think we go about these two important things the wrong way. With some simple changes, I believe anyone can become both happy and successful. What is success? I used to want it. Now I've achieved it. When I am happy, that makes me successful. And by letting go of success I have furthered my chances to become what people traditionally think of as success. So instead of focusing on success, forget it. Try your best and have fun. You will enjoy life and go far. With these, I would like to wind up with the most beautiful topic “if you haven’t tasted sadness you cannot enjoy happiness.”  So, never carry the fear of failure in your mind even it gets more clear by the winding line;-

Happiness and sadness run parallel to each other; while one takes rest other tends to take a slack.

Ripple of POSITIVITY...

Picture this: You can’t sleep. Constant stress, day in and day out; all you can think about are heavy workloads, unrealistic deadlines, difficult working conditions, difficult people, and mandatory meetings. It’s going to be another crummy day! Change your thoughts, change your results. It’s easier than you think!

Wake up, love that beautiful body you see in the mirror, be passionate about the work you do, brew yourself a cup of “joy juice or a coffee,” insert your favorite hobby in you body you are energized and feel like a million dollars; and that’s felling good enthusiasm, positive energy, and positive thought.

The truth of the matter is “thinking matters!” What you think and believe about yourself, your job, and what kind of attitude you have is the foundation for creating excellence with enthusiasm. It begins with you. How much do you think of yourself as the best at what you do now? If you are having a problem with this concept, put a sign on your door that says “I’m Awesome.” Or you can visualize a great big beautiful, grey, white tusked pachyderm balancing himself standing on a ball on one leg! Do you have an “I can” attitude equal to that of the pachyderm? Let go of having to have the last word or having to be right!

Find positive things to say about the people you work with, even when you don’t feel like it. Give that person a reason to feel good about the work he or she does. You are a true leader influencing those around you with positive energy. You have just demonstrated an act of kindness as well as making those around you feel important, productive, and motivated.

Choosing a positive and fun attitude means you are able to demonstrate the positive reception of the gifts and talents of all of the people with whom you are working. You are able to let go of knee –jerk judgment and your expected outcomes. Being truly present and aware of what’s happening in the present moment, you will be open to new ideas and new ways to approach the situation. That genuine smile you happen to be wearing tells people you love life and you are there to welcome them in an environment of appreciation and productivity. The opportunity to create excellence knocks at your door.

Give yourself permission to adapt a creative and fun attitude. A creative attitude allows you to focus on how to make things better at work and at home. As a leader you are not spending time complaining and moaning, you are looking to bring joy and fun wherever you are. Tapping into your sense of humor and wit gives you the opportunity to create cohesiveness and communicate sensitive information in a way your co-workers get the point minus the anxiety associated with negative situations. Non-offensive humor diffuses tension and anxiety, reduces stress, and increases resiliency, building bonds between people. Humor and laughter create shared perspectives creating positive energy.

What kind of energy do you give off? All of us are part of great swirling invisible positive and negative energy fields. In order to create excellence with enthusiasm and self-empowerment, we need to know how to harness positive energy-loving and nurturing forces from within; that is compassion, courage, forgiveness, and faith. Most of your brain is not conscious of your world, just what you feed it. If you feed negative thoughts, then your mind will build a world of suspicion, defeat and even hate. Negative energy alienates us from being our best selves. We can generate it with our own fear. Stop focusing on everything that doesn’t work right.

Positive thought looks for other positive thought energies to bind with. When we can be the best people we are capable of being, we spread positive energy, we heal, and we influence the energy and behavior of others. Harness positive energy by calming your mind focusing on your breath (taking in a deep breath) letting your thoughts go by without judgment, exhaling deeply to activate the relaxation response. You only need a minute to do this. Your body will love you; you will love how you feel and the ability to respond with confidence, and your co-workers will love you even more. Be open to inspiration and creativity, and take pleasure in laughter and play. Create Excellence with Enthusiasm and Self-Empowerment to the power of Thought!

IF YOU CAN DREAM IT YOU CAN DO IT

The above statement is said by the WALT DISNEY. Yes the person who created the image of Mickey Mouse. The cartoon we all love. The person who created that Mickey mouse had also suffered from troubles, lashing down and problems but he never gave up until he succeed.

Walt Disney's story was full of painful events and failures. When he returned after serving as a volunteer in World War I, he’s enough time to think about his future. He wanted to make cartoon motion pictures. So in 1920 he started his own company at the age of 19, drawing cartoons of the creatures from his childhood.
At the same time he has so little money to pay the rent, being forced to live with his friends and often going without food. He failed to sell a single cartoon.

At the age of 22, he went bankrupt after the brutal failure of a cartoon series. Even not only once, he went bankrupt several times. He also wanted to become a Hollywood actor but it never happened. He was once fired by the newspaper editor who abused him to be lazy and lacking imagination and creative ideas.

After some years, he was shattered by the failures. His success was short lived and he returned to having nowhere to live and little money for food. But his secret of success was within him. Out of the disaster, he created his first MICKEY MOUSE character and, suddenly, he was on the road to real success with a roar. rest is only the history of his.

But the lesson to be learnt from his life is that he didn't stopped thinking and dreaming. Even-though he was shattered he hadn't stopped creating his cartoons, the work he loves to do it.

Dreams keep your life going and revolving, it’s a challenge that keeps you achieving, And if you stop dreaming your dreams your life will be in the near ending. Since I was a child, I'm a dreamer; I almost reach high up the moon and the stars dreaming of all the things my mind could reach, in reality they are impossible to achieve. But my dreams give me a new beginning to aim high for my bright future I want to give the best making sure my career could be secure. It’s a challenge to keep my life going And I'm giving my best in everyday living And I know my victory is gonna come soon because I don't stop dreaming.

You start out in this life with hopes and dreams and ambitions. But sometimes unexpected things happen and your dreams become impossible to achieve …You become hopeless and desperate.…Don’t stop dreaming your dreams. When you have a dream and are committed to achieving it, your life takes a new meaning.

YOU HAVE A PURPOSE IN LIFE. SO, NEVER LET GO YOUR DREAMS.

PIECE OF MY HEART...

Attempting to express,
The feeling of my heart.
I put my pen to the paper,
And try to make a start.
Endeavoring to capture,
Words that just aren't there.
Is the language of heart Spoken anywhere ??
Yet still something is telling me,
Of words I must impact.
So stumbling I start to try,
To translate from my heart.
At best it will be a shadow,
Of what heart can say,
But rather than giving up, I write anyway
And when I am finished, I ponder on my art.
