Yes, You can do it, Say a Mother to Son when finding him in Problem, a Daughter to Father when seeing him in tension, a Teacher to Student when finding him getting weak, a Wife to Husband when finding worrying about future. Yes, the Golden words, I think we all of us had heard them, which provides us immense motivation.
How many times have you heard yourself say, “I deserve better than this”? Maybe you are referring to your relationship, your job or how people treat you. Are you doing anything to change things or are you putting up with it? Now, make a list of where you can make changes. Small tweaks here and there can create huge improvements, but settling for how it is right now will not make you happy or adjusting. Ask yourself what will you do today to make it better? What actions and options have you got right now? The first thing that comes is the one that we need follow. But we need courage, strength, face our fears etc. but remember you can do it and only you can.
We all go through these challenges from time to time and not an easy one to face but taking that time out and thinking through ourselves will help us to be grounded and think of solution rather than the problem. If you have a problem do you face it head on or bury your head in the sand? The head burying may seem like the easy solution and temporary act but the problem never goes away and you end up feeling bad anyway later on right. It’s like holding water in your palms. Only so much can stay in and rest will flow away. Until you get a tumbler to drink in properly. So challenge yourself to face your problem, Fight with your fears and take actions.
Take actions to refine the solutions it into simpler ways. Break it down and work on ways you can sort it out. Look at others who were faced with a similar dilemma and ask what they did to work it out or if you were your role model what will you do? Next time don’t take the burying your head in sand option even if it’s the quickest. Once you conquer them you have done them for lifetime. That feeling of success is not comparable.Focusing on the problem is always a worry and a negative energy. Think back take time and bring back positive thoughts. These are your weapons to success.
Trying to please everyone is always a thankless task, and is not usually possible. And at times even trying to please one person, whether it’s a family member or a work colleague can be very challenging. As I always say, there is only so much you can do, when you don't find anything, so the best thing to do is "अनुग्च्छ्तु प्रवाह: " the words are in Sanskrit and means "Go with the Flow".
