The LAW of ATTRACTION

When most people first learn about the Law of Attraction, they focus on "fixing what's wrong" in their lives. They try attracting more money to ease their financial strain, finding a soul mate to ease their loneliness, creating a more fulfilling career, better health - and overall more happiness and peace. These initial steps are only natural because better life circumstances can definitely make us feel more secure and stable.

"If you can IMAGINE it in your Mind, you can EXPERIENCE in the Reality."

But if you work with the Law of Attraction long enough, you start to experience a deeper shift, something bigger happening within you. You develop a new awareness that it's not about the "outer stuff" at all. It's about who you are becoming through the mastery of your inner power. It's about THE JOURNEY; the incredible journey to the centre of you.

One of the most fascinating things about such a journey is the stunning realization that the outer stuff you were so intent on "fixing" doesn't really matter. It has no power over you except the power you choose to give it. If you believe it matters, it matters. If you believe you can't be happy unless all that outer stuff is "fixed", you must find a way to fix it as quickly as possible - or else.

Ah, but when you surrender to THE JOURNEY, everything changes. You stop fixing and start allowing. You stop struggling and start enjoying. You stop fearing and start knowing. You stop surviving and start thriving. You stop basing your happiness on outer circumstances and events - and remember that it all comes from within you.

Rather than trying to make it through each day, you begin seeing your life as an amazing opportunity to make a bigger impact on the world around you. You start thinking about the lives you can touch and the joy you can bring to others. You start expanding your vision and giving birth to dreams that are grander than anything you dared imagine before. And rather than feeling fearful and intimidated by these bold dreams, you have a strong inner knowing that you'll be given the tools and resources you need to make them happen.

Probably the most wonderful thing about this journey is that you stop taking the whole thing so seriously. You find yourself smiling a little wider, laughing a little louder and expanding with so much joy that you might burst with it! You suddenly find yourself weeping great tears of gratitude for even the smallest of blessings, gasping in awe at the beauty all around you and seeing everything in your life as a breathtaking miracle.

Even better, the more deeply you immerse yourself in this journey, all of that "outer stuff" that bothered you so much before starts transforming before your very eyes. As you heal your perspective, everything around you heals too - effortlessly and instantaneously. You realize that nothing is truly broken. Nothing needs fixing - just a tiny tweak in consciousness is enough to trigger a ripple of transformation that seeps into every corner of your life.

When you lift your perspective and stop trying to figure it out, when you truly start LIVING the Law of Attraction, you embark upon a journey that will change you forever - from the inside out.

Power Of "Concentration".

"The powers of the mind are like the rays of the sun. When they are concentrated, they illumine." - Swami Vivekananda

When I was a child, I saw how a magnifying glass could burn a piece of paper, when the rays of the sun were focused through it on one point. The fire could only be ignited, when the sun's rays were concentrated on a small point. When the magnifying glass was moved far away, or close to the paper, the rays were not focused enough, and nothing happened.

This experience, describes vividly, how the power of concentration works. It is a skill, which enables you to fix your attention on one single thought or subject, while at the same time excluding from your awareness everything else.

"The power of concentration manifests as focused attention and as a one-pointed mind."

When you focus your mind, you conserve your energies and do not dissipate them on irrelevant thoughts or activities. This is why developing concentration is vital for anyone aspiring to be more efficient and take charge of his or her life. This skill is vital for every kind of success. Without it, your efforts get scattered, but with it, you can accomplish great things.

Concentration has many uses and benefits. It assists in studying, enables faster comprehension, improves the memory, helps in focusing on a task, job or goal, and therefore, achieving them more easily and efficiently. It is a powerful tool for the efficient use of creative visualization, and it also helps in developing psychic powers.

When this ability is strong, the mind obeys you more readily and does not engage in futile, negative thoughts or worries. This ability plays an important role in meditation, gaining mental mastery, and attaining peace of mind. Without it, the mind just jumps restlessly from one thought to another, not allowing you to meditate properly.

Do you now realize, why it is very important and worthwhile to develop and improve the ability to concentrate? To develop this power you need to train and exercise it. Forget all your excuses about not having the time or being too busy. Do not say that the circumstances are not appropriate, or that you cannot find a quiet place to exercise. With a little planning, desire and motivation, you can always find the time to exercise each day, no matter how busy you are.

To develop this ability, you have to train your mind. Most people believe that concentration is a strenuous and tiring activity and that it involves exertion and tension, which are difficult and unpleasant. This belief, which usually starts at an early age, is not true.

Parents and teachers expect children to study, do their homework and get good grades. Sometimes, they use disciplinary measures against the children. This makes the children feel forced to do something they don't like doing. Telling a child often, that he or she is not concentrating well enough, creates a subconscious aversion to concentration and study. These become associated with coercion, lack of freedom, and doing something they do not like to do. When children grow up, it is no wonder that their power of concentration is too weak.

Though most people would admit that good concentration is a great asset, yet, most of them, do nothing to strengthen it, because they don't know how, and because they lack the motivation to do so. Concentration can be fun if approached in the right way. It should be practiced with joy, positive attitude, optimism, and understanding of its great possibilities.

SELFISH : Curse or Cure ?

I think sometimes the word selfish gets a bad rap, We grow up learning to play fair, be nice to others and above all else, be selfless, not selfish. But what happens when being selfless puts you on a track that’s not leading to your own personal happiness? Is it okay to turn selfless into selfish? Is it okay to do something for self?

Let’s look at the Oxford Dictionary’s definition of the word: “Selfish: lacking consideration for others; concerned chiefly with one’s own personal profit or pleasure.”

Looking around at the world today, you might view it as full of greed, narcissism, and selfishness. In the age of shameless self-promotion, selfies, and self-entitlement, it seems that people have an obsession with themselves. However, if you look at it from a different perspective, you might see that having a healthy relationship with yourself, putting your needs first, and loving yourself form a sturdy, unshakable foundation from which we can build a fulfilling life.

While narcissists put their own needs above others while using people for their personal gain, self-loving, self-actualized people see that they must garner a positive relationship with themselves so that they can form healthy relationships with others.

We are made to believe that by putting ourselves first, those we are meant to care for come second and, as such, are being let down. It’s troubling that our society has come to the point where the connotation of a word can strike fear into our conscience to the point where we question our own choices and morality. People have truly come to believe that we must sacrifice a piece of ourselves in order to be considered good people. But what good can you do if your own personal happiness is in the balance—constantly striving to appease others?

“Sometimes you have to be selfish to be selfless.”

The reality is that to be truly happy, you need to put “you” first sometimes. If that means being selfish, do so with a smile on your face. Am I saying to ignore others or how they feel, always choose yourself or become completely inconsiderate 100-percent of the time? Absolutely not — life is about balance.

Make choices that honor your own happiness first, and if you are able to do that, you will be better equipped to make a difference in the world around you.

YES ! You can, Do it

Yes, You can do it, Say a Mother to Son when finding him in Problem, a Daughter to Father when seeing him in tension, a Teacher to Student when finding him getting weak, a Wife to Husband when finding worrying about future. Yes, the Golden words, I think we all of us had heard them, which provides us immense motivation.

How many times have you heard yourself say, “I deserve better than this”? Maybe you are referring to your relationship, your job or how people treat you. Are you doing anything to change things or are you putting up with it? Now, make a list of where you can make changes. Small tweaks here and there can create huge improvements, but settling for how it is right now will not make you happy or adjusting. Ask yourself what will you do today to make it better? What actions and options have you got right now? The first thing that comes is the one that we need follow. But we need courage, strength, face our fears etc. but remember you can do it and only you can.

We all go through these challenges from time to time and not an easy one to face but taking that time out and thinking through ourselves will help us to be grounded and think of solution rather than the problem. If you have a problem do you face it head on or bury your head in the sand? The head burying may seem like the easy solution and temporary act but the problem never goes away and you end up feeling bad anyway later on right. It’s like holding water in your palms. Only so much can stay in and rest will flow away. Until you get a tumbler to drink in properly. So challenge yourself to face your problem, Fight with your fears and take actions.

Take actions to refine the solutions it into simpler ways. Break it down and work on ways you can sort it out. Look at others who were faced with a similar dilemma and ask what they did to work it out or if you were your role model what will you do? Next time don’t take the burying your head in sand option even if it’s the quickest. Once you conquer them you have done them for lifetime. That feeling of success is not comparable.Focusing on the problem is always a worry and a negative energy. Think back take time and bring back positive thoughts. These are your weapons to success.

Trying to please everyone is always a thankless task, and is not usually possible. And at times even trying to please one person, whether it’s a family member or a work colleague can be very challenging. As I always say, there is only so much you can do, when you don't find anything, so the best thing to do is
"अनुग्च्छ्तु प्रवाह: " the words are in Sanskrit and means "Go with the Flow".

Dare to DREAM !

What is your dream? Will you achieve your dream in your lifetime? I'm certain that you desire to. I'm sure you hope you will. But will you actually do it? "All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible."

Dreams are necessary. Without dreams, there will be no ambition to chase. There will be no goal to reach. We will all be nothing without dreams. Not having dreams is like chasing a traceless murder. It is like following an invisible shadow. It is a dreadful goose chase. We must know what we want to do and follow that ambition. We can’t achieve anything in life without goals, and for these goals, we need to dream. A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard-work.

Most people have dreams. Big ones or small ones. Even the most successful people had dreams and that is what has made them what they are today. Dreaming is essential for a human being. Without dreams, you will lose interest in life and finally hate to live life. You will be bored and tired of the same monotonous routines of your daily life and will not even find interest in the most exciting things. Only with dreams, you find a purpose to live your life. You will start working hard towards the dream and will never lose interest in life. You will never tire and always be motivated. This is the best way to become successful.

With dreams, comes great responsibility. It is just not enough to dream and forget about that dream. Many people dream, but only some wake up and work for it. It is essential to work hard for your dreams. Without this hard work, a dream will only remain a desire in the subconscious mind and will never be achieved. If you don’t have a dream, you can never enjoy the luxuries of life or all that life has to offer. You will never feel that ecstatic feeling of achievement. You will never get pride in what you do and what you have achieved. All these things are necessary for human beings and without these feelings, there is no motivation.

If you don’t have the motivation, you will be a failure in life. You will not be able to achieve those goals and will lead a miserable life. You will never enjoy the luxuries of life and you will never feel happy. You will be a failure and you will be nothing in life. Dreaming helps you to get an attitude of doing better or constant improvement. Constant improvement is very important. We must go that extra mile to reach our goals. Failures may come, but an attitude to keep moving on and trying to improve is thoroughly achieved by dreams. Dreams are the fuel that keeps energizing you to go further. Even if there are many obstacles in life, you tend to keep moving further and trying to be better than who you are. Constant and never ending improvement is very vital in progressing in life. It enhances your personality and also whatever you want to progress in. It helps you to learn from your mistakes. Steady progression will help in slowly achieving a big goal.

Dreams also help in aiming for bigger goals. Dreaming for big goals are very important and they can even be dreams that change the course of your entire life. It decides your occupation and your inner desires. For teenagers and kids, it helps in becoming more studious and makes you more inclined towards studying. It helps you achieve any goal that you want to achieve. It is almost the most essential thing in one’s life. So dreams are very important in life. They motivate, inspire, improve and help you in achieving any goal that you want to achieve. It is the most important thing in life and without dreams, we will be nowhere. So, start Dreaming and work on the path to achieve the dream. Trust in dreams, for in them is hidden the gate to eternity.

"Don't give up on your DREAMS and the DREAMS will never give up on you."

MOTIVATION - A Power

"Motivation is fire from within. If someone else tries to light that fire under you, chances are it will burn very briefly. "

It happens to everyone. Your happiest moments dissipate, and you have little or no energy to work creatively and enthusiastically. You feel mentally and emotionally drained. All your excitement about accomplishing your dreams, working on a project, pursuing a new career, committing to an important relationship, achieving your financial goal, starting the business in which you have invested time, energy and finances are suddenly gone. You can’t understand it or explain it. But there is one thing you are certain of, you feel miserable and you want your enthusiasm back!

While it’s easy to embark on the pursuit of a worthwhile goal, the ability to maintain the momentum to ensure its accomplishment is another issue altogether. When your motivation is low, your commitment, determination, and passion are tested. You become aware that your worthwhile goal will remain just that unless you get motivated and stay motivated to achieve it.

Despite having lost the motivation to work on your most important goal, chances are you remain actively engaged in accomplishing other unrelated goals. However, despite these accomplishments, you continue to feel dissatisfied and unfulfilled, because your most worthy goal remains untouched, unattended to and unattained.

Motivation is the energy that drives you to accomplish goals, and it’s necessary for all types of success. You need motivation in huge doses and you need it daily. Parents have to stay motivated to raise their kids, students have to stay motivated to graduate from college, employees have to stay motivated to get promoted (and to stay employed). Even I feel motivated to give you good stuff, Writers have to stay motivated to complete books, and business owners must stay motivated to make profits. Often, after the initial euphoria of achieving one goal has warned, you need the motivation to begin working on the next goal. Motivation is the energy that keeps you trying one more time when everything around you says give up.

Even when you are totally psyched up about achieving a goal, your motivation can be affected by a number of factors, including disappointment in others, the loss of a loved one, hitting a plateau after a huge accomplishment, becoming overwhelmed, and failure to reap immediate rewards for your hard work. Further, the condition of your personal surroundings, fear, personal insecurities, unhealthy relationships that sap your positive energy, current projects, and even fatigue can drain valuable motivation.

The first thing to do when you’ve lost your motivation is to face the situation, confront it and then correct it. When a car you rely on to get to work every day won’t start, you do everything within your power to have the problem fixed. You do this because the reward of having your car in good condition is worth the effort it takes to repair it. In the same way, when the motivation you rely on to accomplish a goal is gone, you must do everything within your power to rekindle the fire. You must remain focused on the desired end result, whether it’s the pain you will avoid or the reward you will gain as a result of achieving your goal.

It’s both possible and necessary to regain lost motivation, and it’s easier than you think! You can take simple steps, things or work to stay enthusiastic; like do things which you know can uptake your confidence, it can be anything by which you feel happy either playing any game or entertaining someone or going out to a place where one can enjoy the beauty or reading or dancing singing or doing work out etc.; and  be committed to every step of the way until you achieve your worthwhile goal.

CONTROL YOUR MIND

The human mind is a great force without bounds. The chief tool of the human mind is the brain. Our brain allows us to unlock our imaginations and be the creative geniuses that we were destined to be. We humans being fashioned in the similitude and likeness of Our Creator need not to place limits on ourselves and our abilities. The Creator possesses Infinite wisdom and knowledge and being formed in His semblance makes use creatures of great ability. Look at the great wonders and works man has invented and embarked on, these ventures could have not taken place if the man did not have an internal infinite source of intelligence. There is nothing that man can not accomplish if he or she sets their mind to it. If you can control your mind, you can control your life. How can we take control of our lives and get back on track when life's challenges seem to overtake us? Mind your own business. The key word is mind. Let's discuss a little more about the mind.

Growing up as a child, I can recall several times when my elders had told the other children around me and myself to mind our own business. In the days of my youth, I never ever figured that the statement could be so profound as it is to this day. Our minds are our business and we have to be able to manage our minds just as a good professional or CEO manages a major corporation. Our minds are powerful but yet delicate if you are not careful with what you allow to dwell in them. Our Creator designed us with an internal blueprint to allow us to accomplish great feats with our minds. There is so much untapped knowledge out there about the human mind that it keeps neuroscientist actively busy and they will continue to be that way until the end of this age. I admire the curiosity and the learning curves that small children venture through in life. We actually can learn a lot from babies if we study their learning patterns. Our problem as adults is that we get to a stage in our life where we lose the childhood innocence, curiosity, vivid imagination, and creativity. We began to settle for what the vast majority of adults deem as the grown folks way to live. As adults, we get bombarded with life's distractions such as ungrateful family members and friends, bills, jobs and social status. You must remove all negative influences and people from around you to control your mind.

We humans must learn to think for ourselves and acknowledge no one or no thing outside of ourselves can help us to improve our circumstances. The Creator can not begin to guide you until you put an earnest foot forward towards Him to help yourself. We have been brainwashed over the years to believe that our families, friends, bosses, and government can help us and solve all of our problems. That is a bunch of baloney! We have been duped to think that all these outside forces will and can save us. Stop leaning on other folks as a crutch, stand on your own two feet! Look up to gain guidance and unleash the power that you have instilled within you. All the things that happen to us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually is the unveiling of what goes on in our minds. Be careful to watch and safeguard our minds. Only be concerned with positive things happening round about you. When negative energy tries to attack you, react to it with positive meditations and positive energy.

Controlling the mind takes self-discipline. Self-discipline can be initiated when you learn how to focus on developing yourself spiritually. Learn to have tunnel vision when it comes to you procuring your goals and attaining happiness from within. Know that Our Creator gave us a sound mind to take on any challenges or obstacles that may come our way. Besides, He left us with an eternal legacy to read from to use as a blueprint to govern our lives and to solve any issues that may try to hinder us from a strong, stable mind. Control your mind and your daily walk in this life will become so much easier.

Alone in a CROWD

Have you ever felt lonely in the middle of a crowd? It’s an odd feeling, I can tell you. There you are, with people all around you, and they’re talking and laughing and engaging with one another. And there you are, like you’re outside the circle, trying to look like it doesn’t bother you but of course it does. You’re the third wheel, the one who causes the company to be a crowd, the expendable part. As a matter of fact, you feel like you’re kind of a drop in the ocean and that if you left, no one would know that you’re gone...or care. Have you ever felt like that?

Now if you haven’t, I think you’re really lucky, because I believe this kind of loneliness is growing in our society. People today are more connected to one another than ever before in human history, thanks to Internet-based social networking sites and text messaging. But they’re also more lonely and distant from one another in their unplugged lives. This is not only changing the way we interact online, it’s straining our personal relationships, as well. You see, as we become increasingly detached from one another, interaction becomes more and more awkward and strained. And even though advertisers constantly bombard us with commercials with beautiful people having a wonderful and relaxed time at these huge parties, I think this is an image that just distorts the world as it really is.

Alone, one word you wouldn't think means much. If you really think about it though, a lot of things can come from being alone, especially bad things. If you see it how I do, you would see it as three different stages of being alone. From the least harmless, to the most intense, one normally leads to the other. Things leading from nobody knowing anything about you, like whether or not you're okay to depression and mental illness, and then the final stage of self-mutilation and suicide. Lots of people are alone everyday and only few lucky ones have someone waiting for them.Hundreds of thousands of people are alone because people make them feel inadequate of their company. People begin to lock themselves away due to these things. Nobody ever really knows these people, or cares if they're okay, most people don't even care.

When people are alone, they have nobody to talk to; nobody knows them or anything about them. They don't even know if the people okay. This is the first stage of being alone; some people never progress beyond this point. This 'alone time' may lead to thinking about all the negative things that are said, and may make them dwell on the harsh realities that are known as life. If they keep themselves so isolated nobody is going to be able to get to know them, to see if they're okay, and they're not going to get the help they need. If they're being singled out because of their race, religion, sexual preference, or their financial background nobody will know. Nobody will be able to make it better. Yet there are worse things that become of being alone. They could be described as depression and mental illness.

Frankly, I think we’re surrounded by lonely people, people who feel isolated and have no idea what to do about it. Being alone can literally drive people crazy, because it gives them the time to dwell on the negativity and then they go out of their mind trying to figure out what bad they can do.Often the person who is lonely doesn’t want any advice, they just want someone to spend time with. And they don’t want us to stand behind them for support, but beside them for comfort. And they don’t want us to carry them but rather to walk beside them. But that can only happen when we open our arms.

Loneliness is all around us. Every day we encounter people who may be on the verge of giving up, because they just don’t know what to do or where to turn. But that doesn’t have to the be case. You see, we can step forward with our eyes, ears and arms wide open to kill the feeling of loneliness.
"Even  when it seems that there is no one else, always remember there's one person who never ceased to love you - Yourself."

Being positive in GOOD times & in BAD times

Though there is so much talk about positive thinking, there is misunderstanding of what it really is. Being positive doesn't mean ignoring what is happening around you and living within some kind of a "positive bubble".

You cannot expect someone going through problems or disasters, or living in difficult circumstances, to ignore his/her current condition and start thinking positively right away. It is easier to think positively when in comfortable situations, but not when in the midst of problems, disasters or a harsh situation, unless you are trained to do so. Being positive, like any other skill, requires gradual development and training. No one can speak a new foreign language, before studying and practicing for some time. A person, who is not trained, cannot lift heavy weights, run or swim like a trained athlete.

Saying that everything is going to be all right, forcing yourself to smile with no reason, or ignoring problems and difficulties, without trying to solve them, is not being positive. It is being unpractical.

Positive people expect the best and believe that a bad situation would improve, but they are also practical people. They act, not just daydream. They look for opportunities and for solutions, instead of doing nothing and blaming everybody for their troubles. They don't dwell on their problems, live in self-pity and believe that they are victims.

When going through bad times, faced by disasters, misfortune or hardships, what good can you gain by becoming despondent, negative and unhappy? Why let circumstances and situations affect your moods and state of mind? Being positive will not make circumstances and condition disappear, as if by magic, but with a positive attitude you will be more in control of your state of mind, your reactions and your behavior, and therefore, in a better position to improve the situation.

You can dwell on the problems in your life and keep suffering, but you can also make a choice to focus on solutions, improvement and success, and refuse to let circumstances affect your mind too much. You cannot always control external circumstances, but you can change your attitude and the way you feel. It is not easy for people in difficult situations to think positively, and therefore, it is a good idea to learn to do so every day, all the time. This will improve this ability when in difficult situations.

By being positive you do not allow problems and difficulties to overpower you and affect your mind and moods, and therefore, you feel happier and suffer less. Even in the midst of war people can think of peace. Even in the midst of disasters people can see light and seek solace. This requires a positive frame of mind.

"Positive thinking means to be hopeful, and hope brings light and happiness into the soul."
